Midstream HPR participate in several events across the Gauteng province and in the rest of the country for provincial athletes.

Midstream HPR participate in the following seasons:
January to April - Athletics main season
May to June  - Cross country main season
July to September - Cross country main season 
October to December - Athletics pre season

The Naboom top 10 will take place on 12 and 13 October 2018. Elite top 10 tams only.

NWU Potch Top 30

NWU  Top 30 takes place at the Kenith Mc Arthur stadium in Potchefstroom on 19 and 20 October 2018 

Tembisa street mile 

The next AGN league will take place on the 28th October 2018 in Tembisa 10km and various street miles
